Descriere generală:
Optocuptoarele FOD250L, FOD050L și FOD053L constau dintr-un LED AlGaAs cuplat optic la un tranzistor fotodetector de mare viteză. Aceste dispozitive sunt specificate pentru funcționare la o tensiune de alimentare de 3,3 V.
O conexiune separată pentru polarizarea fotodiodei îmbunătățește viteza cu mai multe ordine de mărime față de optocuplele convenționale cu fototranzistori prin reducerea capacității colectorului de bază a tranzistorului de intrare.
Un ecran de zgomot intern asigură o respingere superioară în modul comun a CMH=50kV/ms (tipic) și CML=35kV/ms (tipic).
